NFC
QR fallback
Android
iPhone
Get started in minutes. If something doesn’t work, use the sections below for fixes specific to Android and iPhone.
- Tap with NFC or scan the QR to verify your card opens the correct page.
- Confirm the page that opens is your Google review page, social profile, or UPI destination—exactly as you provided when ordering.
- Place your product where customers can spot it easily.
- Test with 2–3 phones (Android + iPhone) for best coverage.
Android setup
- Enable NFC: Settings > Connections (or Connected devices) > NFC.
- Tap area is usually the back middle or upper area-move slowly along the back.
- If nothing happens, try another brand (Samsung/Xiaomi/OnePlus) to compare.
- Use the QR as a fallback if NFC is off or unsupported.
iPhone setup
- iPhone XR and newer: just wake the screen and tap the top edge near the camera.
- Older iPhones (7/8/X): use the QR code instead, as background NFC tap isn’t supported.
- Open the Camera app, point at the QR, and tap the banner to open.
Troubleshooting
Best placement practices
- Place near billing counters, entrances, or pickup areas-where customers pause.
- Angle toward the flow of people; keep within easy reach for tap/scan.
- Avoid direct glare; keep instructions short and visible.
Test checklist
Devices
- 1 iPhone (XR or newer) + 1–2 Android (different brands).
- Test with and without cases; try Battery Saver off on Android.
Flow
- Tap/scan opens the correct destination instantly.
- Placement doesn’t wobble; instructions are clear.
