The right UPI QR standee size depends on distance, counter depth, and how quickly customers need to complete payment. A small standee can work on compact counters, but it underperforms if customers are standing further away or if the code sits behind other objects.
Businesses should choose size based on the real payment position, not generic print logic. Clinics and boutiques often need a cleaner, medium-sized display. Quick-service counters may need a larger, more visible format because customers are scanning fast during peak hours.
If the customer scans from directly in front of the counter, a compact standee may be enough. If customers lean, reach, or scan from an angle, go larger. Visibility errors slow payment and create unnecessary cashier prompts.
